YMHA is a housing agency that provides affordable housing to residents thoughout Mahoning County.

Established in the early 1930's by an Ohio statute, we were one of the first Housing Authorities in the United States.

Today, we manage over 1,500 apartments. We work with local public, private and non-profit agencies to provide support services to all of our residents such as job training, economic development, computer training and many programs for our youth and senior residents. We are committed to providing more than just a place to live, but a place to call home.
