The solicatation and acquitision of all goods and services is the sole responsibility of YMHA's Purchasing Department. The Department's mission is to provide for the fair and equitable treatment of all persons or firms involved; ensure that supplies, services and construction are procured efficiently, effectively and at the most favorable prices available to YMHA; promote competition; provide safeguards for maintianing a procurement system of quality and integrity; and assure that YMHA's purchasing actions are in full compliance with applicable Federal standards, HUD regulations, State and local laws.
The Business Opportunities section provides the vendors with a list of Invitation for Bids (IFB), Quotes for Small Purchases (QSP), Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) for the following service categories:
Routine Maintenance (Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, etc...)
Service and Maintenance (Non-construction)
The list will be updated as necessary and all vendors are encouraged to visit the site regularly. Amendments to any of the invitations will also be listed here and it is the bidder's responsibility to check for them.
Also, as an added convenience, we are offering you, the vendors, the opportunity to
