Invitation for Bids

Bidders may purchase sets of plans and specifications from Youngstown Metropolitan Housing Authority (YMHA) with a non-refundable personal check or money order only - made payable to YMHA).  Solicitation Packets may also be reviewed at YMHA Central Offices, 131 West Boardman Street, Youngstown, Ohio, 44503 by contacting Mr. Thomas Purnell, Contract Specialist, at (330) 744-2161, ext. 219 during the hours of 9:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
